How Do You Know if your workforce is properly protected from electrical hazards?
ESFI’s Electrical Safety Self-Assessment (Self-Assessment) will help you conduct a basic evaluation of the electrical safety of your workplace by prompting you to answer simple questions related to your facilities, personnel, and procedures. The questionnaire will vary by user as the order of questions is contingent upon the answers provided. If you would like to find out more about the codes and standards that are applicable to any of the questions, simply click on the provided links. Upon completion of the Self-Assessment, you will be provided with a list of suggested areas for improvement, as well as information about resources to help you.
The Self-Assessment is completed anonymously. You will not be required to provide specific information about yourself or your company. The questionnaire does include several general demographic questions. Your answers will help ESFI measure utilization of the Self-Assessment tool by industry, company size, and user occupation. These statistics will help determine areas of focus for future ESFI workplace safety programs.
